I have always thought that expectations and regret are the only things in life that prevent us from living in the moment. Without them, we will always happy with the weather, people never disappoint, and we don’t waste any time dwelling on the past. It sure is easier said than done. :)

Search engines on the Internet are most effective when the seeker is very specific with in the search query. I believe happiness works in much the same way.
If we want something in life, we have to be very specific about what it is in order to find it. If we just seek happiness in general, it will be very hard to find… and we might get lost along the way.
Let’s say I wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride in Switzerland ( also something that would bring me happiness ) I could not merely search for “happiness” or even “exciting outdoor adventure” or even “flying above the alps” I would have to be as specific as possible like “swiss hot air balloon ride” and then I would find this: http://www.swissballoons.ch/
And be happy.
Find your happiness (:be specific:)
